Customers are provided with a high output converting machine, on monthly rental, which is loaded with a roll of material having two or three layers of paper. As this passes through the machine it is shaped and formed into a continuous cushion, which is cut off to the selected length.

The multilayered paper cushion packaging is flexible, easy to handle and provides excellent protection for all types of product. Cushion packaging can also be formed into shock absorbing buffers to block and brace goods and hold them firmly in place. Substantial cost savings are produced as total void fill is unnecessary. The Easyair machine is designed for fast continous production of 100 x 200 mm air cushion packaging pillows. Lay-flat tubing is used to avoid edge sealing and pressurised air is supplied from an internal pump. This can be adjusted over its working range from low volume, giving a very flexible cushion to accomodate awkward shapes, up to the maximum which produces firm air pillows for filling large spaces.

CUSTOM INSTALLATIONS

Our engineers will design and build special mounting frames to enable cushion packaging machines to be integrated with conveyor lines or in existing packing areas, to provide solutions to fulfil every need.

Machines can be supplied in horizontal or vertical configurations or built into space-saving work benches. They can be programmed to dispense exactly the right amount of fill for a range of different products and box sizes.
